About these terms of service
These terms of service apply to your use of this website and to any repair service you request from Bradenton Appliance Pros. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Bradenton Appliance Pros. “You” means the person using the site or requesting service. By using the site or booking a visit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Bradenton Appliance Pros is a local appliance repair service for Bradenton and Manatee County homes. Our technicians repair refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops and built-in microwaves.
We do not repair air conditioners, water heaters, garbage disposals, gas lines, plumbing, countertop appliances or commercial kitchen equipment, and we do not sell, install or haul away appliances.
Use of the site
You may use this site to read about our services and to send a service request. When you use it, you agree to:
- Give accurate information in the request form, including your name, phone number and ZIP code
- Not send spam, false requests or harmful code
- Not copy, scrape or reuse the site’s text, photos or design for commercial purposes without our written permission
- Not try to interfere with how the site works
The content on this site is general information. It is not a diagnosis of your appliance. Please read our disclaimer for more on how to use repair tips safely. How we handle the information you send is explained in our privacy policy.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error free or online. We may change or remove content at any time.
Service requests
A request is not a contract
Sending the form or leaving a message is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. Your request may be passed to the technician who handles your repair, who will contact you to confirm the visit. Appointment windows are estimates and can change because of traffic, weather or earlier jobs running long.
Diagnostic fee and quotes
A diagnostic or service call fee applies to each visit. The amount is confirmed when you book. The technician inspects and tests the appliance, then explains what is wrong and quotes the repair. No repair work starts until you approve the quote. If you decline, you pay only the diagnostic fee. Prices are quoted in person, not on this site.
Parts
Some parts are on the truck, and others must be ordered. Availability and shipping times depend on the manufacturer and suppliers, which we do not control. Some older models have parts that are discontinued. If a part cannot be found, we will tell you and you can decide what to do next.
Manufacturer warranty work
We do not perform repairs covered under a manufacturer warranty unless we tell you otherwise in writing. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer warranty, check with the manufacturer first. A repair by an outside technician may affect that coverage.
Our repair warranty
Warranty terms for parts and labor are explained when your repair is quoted. The warranty applies only to the repair we performed. It does not cover other parts, misuse, damage from power surges, flooding or storms, or repairs made by someone else after our visit.
Your responsibilities
- Give the technician safe, clear access to the appliance and to the shutoff valve and breaker
- Keep pets secured and away from the work area during the visit
- Have an adult 18 or older at home for the visit
- Tell us about known hazards, such as leaks, burning smells or damaged wiring, before the visit
- Pay for approved work when it is completed
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as early as you can. If the technician arrives and cannot reach you or access the appliance, the diagnostic fee may still apply. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you and set a new time.
Limitation and law
Limitation of liability
We and our technicians take reasonable care in every repair. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as spoiled food, lost wages or hotel costs, and our total liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as worn supply hoses, corroded wiring or hidden water damage, or by repairs or changes made by others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms of service from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. The terms in place on the date of your visit apply to that visit.
